Over the last 18 months we advised a number of clients on their investments in the region, including a South African investor in relation to their acquisition of 6 OBI stores in Austria (circa 51,000 m2 ), and acted as co-agent for Vendor in their disposal of 5 Emmezeta stores in Croatia (cca 82,000 m2) working alongside a leading NY-based investment advisor. 

 MOMA  also acted as co-agent on the disposal of 2 major Slovenian Hotel & Spa’s .  
In the logistics sector MOMA has recently acted for a NYSE-listed US occupier on their acquisition of a 5,000 m2 warehouse and separately, the team sourced and secured a long-lease of 6,000 m2 on a new logistics facility for a major German pharmaceutical company.
